What is 1:1 Coaching?

1:1 coaching provides personalized, in-person guidance to help teens build confidence with both work and money.

Whether your teen is preparing for job opportunities, gaining experience in the workplace, or learning how to manage the money they earn, each session is tailored to where they are right now.

This is hands-on coaching designed to meet teens where they are now - and help them move forward with confidence, responsibility, and independence. 

How Sessions Work

Pre-Session Focus

• Before we meet, I gather a bit of information to understand your teen's experience, goals, and where they'd like support - so our time together is intentional and effective. 

In-Person Coaching 

• During the session, we work side-by-side on the areas that matter most right now. Everything is explained in a clear, teen-friendly, low pressure way. 

Ongoing Support at Home

• Teens leave with clear next steps. Parents receive a Parent Support Guide with simple, practical ways to encourage progress without hovering or added pressure.
